As many of our pieces feature natural Burmese jade, variations in colour, texture, and inclusions are normal characteristics and should not be considered defects.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Tirena Nooré.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies are suspected.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
