As such, we encourage thoughtful purchasing. Due to the delicate and intimate nature of jewelry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece remains unworn and in its original condition, and is returned with complete packaging.
Each request is reviewed with care and is subject to availability. Where a preferred piece is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
A Note on Natural Jade
Every Tirena Nooré piece is crafted from natural jadeite. Subtle variations in tone, translucency, and internal textures are not imperfections — they are the quiet signatures of nature, making each piece entirely one of its own.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly include your order number and clear images so we may assist you promptly.
