Product Nature
No two jade pieces are ever identical. Variations in colour, texture, and translucency are inherent to natural jadeite and form part of its character. These are not considered faults.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability as collections evolve.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers. Tirena Nooré does not retain full payment details.
Orders
On rare occasions, we may decline or cancel an order where irregularities arise — including suspected fraudulent activity or inaccuracies in product information. Should this occur, you will be notified accordingly.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on destination and courier services. While we work with trusted partners, Tirena Nooré is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Liability
